| dc.description.abstract | UKR: При прийнятті рішень в рамках антикризового фінансового управління слід використовувати як екзогенний спосіб дослідження, характерний для класичної та неокласичної теорії, так і ендогенний, властивий концепціям неоінституційної теорії. Для інноваційно орієнтованих підприємств, які знаходяться в кризі особливо актуальним є використання принципу синхронності прийняття рішень щодо формування та використання фінансових ресурсів, який відсто- юється неоінституційною теорією, а також дотримання правил фінансування та певних співвідношень при формування окремих позицій активів та пасивів. Для побудови системи ризик-менеджменту, профілактики фінансової кризи, планування антикризових заходів практичне значення мають висновки та рекомендації неокласичних концепцій щодо механізмів диверсифікації, оцінки ризиків, застосування критерію NPV, визначення ставки дисконтування. Ключовим елементом досліджуваної парадигми є науково обгрунтовані механізми вирішення проблематики інформаційної асиметрії та агентських витрат, які виникають у процесі антикризового управління і ускладнюють процес прийняття рішення щодо фінансового оздоровлення інноваційно орієнтованих підприємств. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The formation of a security mechanism for anti-crisis management of finances of an innovatively oriented enterprise in the conditions of digitalization and adaptation of foreign economic activity is studied. The fundamental principles of the financial and economic activity of enterprises at the current stage of development of the world economy are undergoing fundamental changes. The dominant influence on the transformation of financial relations at the micro level is exerted by the levers of the new information and innovation economy and globalization processes. The theoretical paradigm of the formation of a security mechanism of anti-crisis financial management of an innovatively oriented enterprise in the conditions of digitization and adaptation of foreign economic activity is formed by the conclusions, hypotheses and concepts of the general theory of financial management of enterprises, which includes three main directions: classical, neoclassical and neoinstitutional. When making decisions within the framework of anti-crisis financial management, one should use both an exogenous method of research, characteristic of classical and neoclassical theory, and an endogenous one, characteristic of the concepts of neo-institutional theory. For innovation-oriented enterprises that are in crisis, the use of the principle of synchronicity of decision-making regarding the formation and use of financial resources, which is advocated by the neo-institutional theory, as well as the observance of financing rules and certain ratios when forming individual positions of assets and liabilities is especially relevant. Conclusions and recommendations of neoclassical concepts regarding diversification mechanisms, risk assessment, application of the NPV criterion, determination of the discount rate are of practical importance for building a risk management system, preventing a financial crisis, and planning anti-crisis measures. The key element of the researched paradigm is scientifically based mechanisms for solving the problems of information asymmetry and agency costs, which arise in the process of anticrisis management and complicate the decision-making process regarding the financial recovery of innovatively oriented enterprises. | en |
