Abstract
UKR: У статті досліджено сутність категорії глобалізація, сформовано позитивні та негативні наслідки сучасних глобалізаційних процесів на діяльність корпорацій та економіки держави. Констатовано, що позитивним впливом є розширення ринків збуту, доступ до нових технологій, залучення інвестицій, зростання конкурентоспроможності, підвищення рівня життя. Однак, те саме може породжувати й негативні наслідки глобалізації: залежність від іноземних ринків, зростання безробіття, екологічні проблеми, втрата культурної ідентичності, ризик фінансових криз. Доповнено перелік ризиків глобалізації. Виявлено вплив глобалізаційних процесів та розвитку транснаціональних корпорацій на державні корпорації та національну економіку. Надано пропозиції щодо розширення основних трендів, які мають бути враховані в діяльності корпорацій та компаній для успішного функціонування та розвитку в умовах глобалізації.
ENG: The article examines the essence of the category of globalization, forms positive and negative consequences of modern globalization processes for the activities of corporations and the state economy. It has been established that the positive impact is the expansion of sales markets, access to new technologies, attraction of investments, increased competitiveness, improvement of living standards. However, the same can also give rise to negative consequences of globalization: dependence on foreign markets, rising unemployment, environmental problems, loss of cultural identity, the risk of financial crises. This is mostly due to the high dependence on international markets and the economic situation of the participating countries. The list of globalization risks has been expanded. The influence of globalization processes and the development of transnational corporations on state corporations and the national economy is revealed. The entry of transnational corporations into the state market threatens the monopolization of areas of activity that are profitable for them, the outflow of qualified personnel, the reduction of mineral resources, the outflow of capital, etc. It is substantiated that the main trends in the effective operation of corporations and companies are: artificial intelligence and automation, transition to environmental sustainability, digitalization of financial services, reorientation to the modern preferences of the younger generation, development of metaverses, growing demand for cybersecurity, remote work and "hybrid office", global supply chains: sustainability and localization, the emergence of new models of cooperation. Proposals are provided for expanding the main trends that should be taken into account in the activities of corporations and companies for successful functioning and development in the context of globalization. It is argued that corporate social responsibility of business is one of the key factors that can effectively facilitate the entry of state corporations and companies into international markets, since, although it is not regulated by law, it is an important tacit element of trust and cooperation.
