Abstract
UKR: Окреслено основні ризики, з якими можуть стикнутися суб'єкти господарювання під час своєї діяльності. Окремий акцент зроблено на функціонуванні підприємств в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Надано рекомендації задля зниження негативного впливу настанні небажаних подій внаслідок тих чи інших ризиків, які зумовлені змінами в зовнішньому або внутрішньому середовищі підприємства. Наголошено, що протидіяти кризам на підприємстві повинен не одноосібно менеджер, а повинна працювати ціла команда фахівців різних напрямів (яких саме конкретно вказано в даному дослідженні). Особливу увагу приділено необхідності збереженню колективу підприємства, а також обов'язковому втіленню інновацій та врахування європейського курсу України. Наголошено на необхідності дотримуватися принципів сталого розвитку. Надано рекомендації щодо напрямів залучення інвестицій на розвиток підприємства.
ENG: The main risks that economic entities may face during their activities are outlined. Special emphasis is placed on the functioning of enterprises in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. Recommendations are given to reduce the negative impact of the occurrence of undesirable events due to certain risks caused by changes in the external or internal environment of the enterprise. It is emphasized that in the course of their existence, enterprises undergo organizational changes, because this is required by the external and internal environment, which are constantly in a state of flux, and not in a stable static state, so the managers of the economic entity must quickly and effectively respond to innovations, to global or industry trends, to the conditions dictated by the specific country in which this entity operates. It is emphasized that the manager should not work against crises in the enterprise alone, but a whole team of specialists from different fields (which are specifically indicated in this study) should work. Special attention was paid to the need to preserve the company's team, as well as the mandatory implementation of innovations and consideration of Ukraine's European course. The need to adhere to the principles of sustainable development was emphasized. Recommendations are given on the direction of attracting investments for the development of the enterprise. Taking into account that in the course of their existence, enterprises undergo organizational changes, because this is required by the external and internal environment, which are constantly in a state of flux, and not in a stable static state, then the managers of the economic entity must quickly and effectively respond to innovations, to global or industry trends, to the conditions dictated by the specific country in which this entity operates. It is noted that it is impossible to predict all risks, but it is recommended that managers outline at least most of the likely risks for a specific enterprise and write a plan of anticrisis measures with clearly indicated deadlines for the implementation of this plan and responsible persons, as well as the necessary resources for its implementation.
