Abstract
UKR: Стаття присвячена дослідженню розвитку та трансформації концепцій HR-менеджменту, їх поступової еволюції. Систематизовані основні теорії та ідеї науковців, починаючі з XVII ст. до сучасного періоду. Проаналізовані класичні концепції управління персоналом з урахуванням їх еволюції. Виділені та описані структурні компоненти людського капіталу в сучасному світі на основі узагальнення підходів до його визначення. Запропоновано та обґрунтовано виділення нової концепції управління персоналом та підходу, який почав формуватися на початку XXI ст. та продовжує інтенсивно розвиватися, – концепція діджиталізації в управлінні людським капіталом (діджитальний підхід). Представлені переваги, недоліки та ризики використання діджитального підходу в управлінні людським капіталом. Наведені приклади використання діджитал-технологій при реалізації основних HR-процесів.
ENG: The presented article focuses on the study of the development and transformation of HR-management concepts, their gradual evolution. The purpose of the article is to study the evolution, development and transformation of HR management concepts with the transition at the current stage to a digital approach in human capital management, the justification of the selection of a new concept of digitalization in human capital management. The main theories and ideas of scientists starting from the 17th century to the modern period are systematized. Classical concepts of personnel management are analyzed taking into account their evolution: the concept of using labour resources (economic approach), the concept of personnel management (organizational and administrative approach), the concept of human resources management (organizational and social approach), the concept of human capital management (humanistic approach). The structural components of human capital in the modern world are highlighted and described based on the generalization of approaches to its definition (the forming an resulting components). It is proposed and substantiated the definition of a new HR management concept and approach, which began to take shape at the beginning of the XXI century and continues to develop intensively – the concept of digitization in human capital management (digital approach). The advantages, disadvantages and risks of using a digital approach in human capital management are presented. Examples of the use of digital technologies in the implementation of basic HR processes are given. The following theoretical methods of scientific research were used in the preparation of the article: theoretical generalization, systematic and critical analysis, comparison, classification. Empirical methods were also used: observation and description. The scientific novelty of the article is the defining of the next stage of the evolution of HR management concepts in modern conditions - the concept of digitization in human capital management (digital approach) with a description of its advantages, disadvantages and risks, as well as examples of use in the implementation of basic HR processes.
