| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням оцінки ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу металургійних підприємств. Проаналізовано основні методичні підходи щодо оцінки ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Запропоновано оцінку ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу здійснювати за графоаналітичним методом, який передбачає можливість системно встановити кількісні та якісні зв’язки між окремими елементами потенціалу, рівень його розвитку та конкурентоспроможності. Удосконалено методику визначення ресурсного потенціалу з урахуванням галузевих особливостей металургії. Для характеристики окремих складових ресурсного потенціалу підприємств пропонується використовувати наступні функціональні блоки: виробництво, фінанси, кадри, управління та маркетинг. Виконано оцінку ресурсного потенціалу одного з металургійних підприємств України за запропонованою методикою. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article is devoted to the actual issues of assessing the efficiency of using the resource potential of metallurgical enterprises. The concept of resource potential was described. The main methodical approaches to the assessment of the enterprise's resource potential are given and characterized. It is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of resource potential using the graph-analytical method. The graph-analytical method makes possible to establish systematically quantitative and qualitative relationships between individual elements of the potential, the level of its development and competitiveness. The method makes possible to justify and implement management decisions in a timely manner to improve the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning. It is expedient to diagnose the company's potential by the method of comparative comprehensive rating assessment using a system of indicators for the following functional blocks: production, distribution and sales of products; organizational structure and management; marketing; finances. The rating assessment of the resource potential using the graph-analytical method involves comparing enterprises for each indicator with a conditional reference enterprise or with a real enterprise that has the best results on the market. Graph-resource potential of the enterprise has the form of a polygon. Enterprise potentials can be classified by size as large, medium and small. Enterprises have great potential when the length of the vectors is within 70–100; average – within 30–70; small – up to 30 conditional units. The methodology for determining the resource potential was improved taking into account the branch specifics of metallurgy. It is proposed to use the functional blocks to characterize individual components of the resource potential of enterprises. The following blocks are production, finance, personnel, management and marketing. The assessment of the resource potential of one of the largest metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine (PJSC "Zaporizhstal") was carried out according to the proposed methodology. | en |
