Abstract
UKR: Сучасні процеси глобалізації світової економіки сприяють формуванню складних ланцюгів поставок, які об’єднують учасників, які найчастіше розташовані на різних континентах. Ефективна організація мережі міжнародних мультимодальних перевезень стає невід’ємною умовою успішного розвитку таких взаємодій. В останні роки спостерігається стійке зростання обсягу вантажних перевезень мультимодальним транспортом, що пов’язано зі зміцненням торговельно-економічних зв’язків між країнами. Проте організація подібних перевезень ускладнюється впливом багатьох факторів як зовнішнього, так і внутрішнього середовища. Це призводить до посилення ризиків, пов’язаних із координацією транспортних процесів та взаємодією з учасниками ринку. Ключовими проблемами стають забезпечення безперебійності та надійності перевезень, дотримання термінів доставки, мінімізація втрат та витрат. Вирішення цих завдань вимагає вдосконалення управління матеріальними потоками в міжнародних перевезеннях, що впливає на формування конкурентних переваг перевізників. Незважаючи на наявність значної кількості наукових досліджень, присвячених управлінню ризиками в різних сферах економіки та менеджменту, недостатнє опрацювання питань управління ризиками в логістиці обмежує можливості оцінки проектованих транспортних систем, що підкреслює актуальність обраної теми. У статті виділено характерні ризики, що виникають під час виконання ключових логістичних операцій транспортування, проаналізовано аспекти управління ризиками у мультимодальних перевезеннях, а також розглянуто методи їх прогнозування та оцінки. Визначено основні етапи прийняття управлінських рішень в умовах невизначеності та запропоновано алгоритм проектування транспортно-логістичної системи мультимодального перевезення з урахуванням управління ризиками. Визначення підходів до управління ризиками у процесі міжнародного мультимодального перевезення з урахуванням специфіки функціонування експедиторів, потребує розробку інноваційних пропозицій щодо управління ризиками у транспортній системі.
ENG: Modern processes of globalization of the world economy contribute to the formation of complex supply chains that unite participants, most often located on different continents. Effective organization of the international multimodal transportation network is becoming an indispensable condition for the successful development of such interactions. In recent years, there has been a steady growth in the volume of cargo transportation by multimodal transport, which is associated with the strengthening of trade and economic ties between countries. However, the organization of such transportation is complicated by the influence of many factors of both the external and internal environment. This leads to increased risks associated with the coordination of transport processes and interaction with market participants. The key problems are ensuring the continuity and reliability of transportation, meeting delivery deadlines, minimizing losses and costs. Solving these problems requires improving the management of material flows in international transportation, which affects the formation of competitive advantages of carriers. Despite the presence of a significant number of scientific studies devoted to risk management in various fields of economics and management, insufficient consideration of risk management issues in logistics limits the possibilities of evaluating designed transport systems, which emphasizes the relevance of the chosen topic. The article highlights the characteristic risks that arise during the implementation of key logistics transportation operations, analyzes aspects of risk management in multimodal transportation, and also considers methods for their forecasting and assessment. The main stages of making management decisions under conditions of uncertainty are determined and an algorithm for designing a transport and logistics system for multimodal transportation is proposed, taking into account risk management. Determining approaches to risk management in the process of international multimodal transportation, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of freight forwarders, requires the development of innovative proposals for risk management in the transport system.
