| dc.description.abstract | ENG: Introduction: Given that PTSD is a complex problem in military personnel, it is important to characterize its impact on both mental and physical health. Objectives: The purpose is to analyze the impact of post-traumatic stress disorder on the psychological and physical health of military personnel based on the consideration of illustrative clinical cases. Methods: The methods of systematic literature analysis, thematic analysis, comparison and observation were used. The latter was expressed in 2 forms: clinical and everyday observation. Based on a strict selection of scientific sources (10 inclusion criteria were formed), the most relevant and relevant literature was selected. Results: The results showed that symptoms can include agitation, reflective feelings, flashbacks to painful events. Conclusions: The paper summarizes that PTSD can manifest itself at different stages, starting with acute PTSD (from 1 to 3 months), chronic PTSD (more than 3 months) to delayed PTSD (after 6 months) and complex PTSD. It can lead to cardiovascular problems, digestive problems, headaches, fibromyalgia, etc. Thus, it has been established that the impact of PTSD is multifaceted, as it includes both mental and physical health problems. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Вступ: З огляду на те, що ПТСР є комплексною проблемою у військовослужбовців, важливо охарактеризувати його вплив як на психічне, так і на фізичне здоров'я. Цілі: Мета - проаналізувати вплив посттравматичного стресового розладу на психологічне та фізичне здоров'я військовослужбовців на основі розгляду ілюстративних клінічних випадків. Методи: Використано методи системного аналізу літератури, тематичного аналізу, порівняння та спостереження. Останнє виражалося в 2 формах: клінічному та повсякденному спостереженні. На основі суворого відбору наукових джерел (сформовано 10 критеріїв включення) відібрано найбільш актуальну та релевантну літературу. Результати: Результати показали, що симптоми можуть включати ажитацію, рефлексивні відчуття, спогади про болючі події. Висновки: У статті підсумовано, що ПТСР може проявлятися на різних стадіях, починаючи з гострого ПТСР (від 1 до 3 місяців), хронічного ПТСР (більше 3 місяців) до відстроченого ПТСР (після 6 місяців) та комплексного ПТСР. Він може призвести до серцево-судинних проблем, проблем з травленням, головного болю, фіброміалгії тощо. Таким чином, встановлено, що вплив ПТСР є багатогранним, оскільки включає в себе як психічні, так і фізичні проблеми зі здоров'ям. | uk_UA |
