Abstract
UKR: У статті розглянуто методичні положення визначення кількісного впливу зміни рівня енергетичних витрат на ефективність виробництва. Отримано функціональні залежності між зміною показників, що визначають рівень енергетичних витрат, і рентабельністю продукції. Ці залежності можуть бути використані для оцінювання заходів зі зниження енергетичних витрат за інших рівних умов, а також у разі дії інших чинників, крім зміни енергетичних витрат. Визначено, що отримані залежності є додатковим методичним інструментом оцінювання рішень щодо проектування заходів з економії енергетичних витрат. На умовних прикладах розглянуто можливості використання отриманих залежностей у практичних розрахунках. Зазначено, що розроблені методичні підходи можуть бути використані також для інших видів витрат (оплати праці, капітальних, матеріальних тощо) на рентабельність продукції з урахуванням техніко-економічних особливостей конкретних виробництв.
ENG: The article emphasizes that the metallurgical industry in Ukraine is characterized by a high level of consumption of material resources, including energy resources. In 2021, Ukraine operates in a global energy crisis, when global energy demand is much higher than their supply due to the global economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic, the global green energy transition, insufficient gas reserves in gas storage facilities as a result of complex weather conditions last year, competition for natural gas, rising gas prices, reduced natural gas supplies from Russia to the European Union, reduced gas and oil production in the United States and other factors. In Ukraine, the global energy crisis is exacerbated by domestic economic and political problems. Accordingly, energy costs per unit of metal products in the country are high as a result of insufficient capacity utilization and high energy prices. Therefore, the article states that the implementation of effective energy saving measures is necessary for our country. To determine the priority of energy saving measures in metallurgical production, it is necessary to have reliable and objective information on the impact of the developed energy saving measures on the overall efficiency of the enterprise. The methodical provisions of determining the quantitative impact of changes in the level of energy costs on production efficiency are considered in the article. The functional dependences between the change of indicators that determine the level of energy costs and the profitability of products are obtained. These dependencies can be used to evaluate measures to reduce energy costs other things being equal, as well as in the case of factors other than changes in energy costs. The possibility of using the obtained dependences in practical calculations is considered on conditional examples. It is noted that the developed methodological approaches can also be used for other types of costs (wages, capital, material, etc.) on the profitability of products, taking into account the technical and economic characteristics of specific industries.
