dc.description.abstractENG: Attention is focused on the need to switch to paperless media. It is based on the "DIYA" application, which was introduced in Ukraine several years ago. The advantages and disadvantages of the "DIYA" application, which is popular among the population of Ukraine, are analyzed, attention is focused on the main digital services that are in demand among Ukrainians in this application. Examples of successful use of digital documents in some countries of the European Union are given.en
