Технічний освітньо-науковий кластер: каталізатор інновацій в регіональній освітній екосистемі

| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті представлена концепція технічного освітньо-наукового кластеру як сучасного підходу до організації освітнього процесу та наукових досліджень. На основі аналізу зарубіжного досвіду та вітчизняної практики формується розуміння того, як створення кластеру в Дніпропетровській області може сприяти: стимулюванню інноваційної діяльності, залученню інвестицій, підвищенню якості підготовки фахівців та підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності на ринку праці. На основі проведеного дослідження розроблені пропозиції щодо структури кластеру, механізмів його управління, а також заходів щодо залучення до співпраці освіти і бізнесу. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисні для розробки регіональних стратегій розвитку інноваційної економіки та підвищення якості освіти. Нами обумовлений потенціал кластеру як ефективного інструменту для створення освітньої екосистеми на регіональному рівні, спрямованої на розвиток аерокосмічних, хімічних, транспортних технологій тощо, підготовку висококваліфікованих фахівців, здатних конкурувати на світовому ринку. На прикладі Українського державного університету науки і технологій досліджується, як об’єднання зусиль закладів вищої, фахової передвищої освіти, наукових установ та підприємств може стимулювати розвиток інновацій, підвищувати якість підготовки фахівців та сприяти економічному зростанню регіону. Реалізація проекту зі створення технічного освітньо-наукового кластеру на базі університету пов'язана з низкою викликів, зокрема, недостатнім фінансуванням наукових досліджень, відсутністю розвиненої інфраструктури для інноваційної діяльності та дефіцитом кваліфікованих кадрів. Для їх подолання пропонується залучати інвестиції, співпрацювати з міжнародними організаціями та розробляти програми підвищення кваліфікації персоналу. Очікується, що створення кластеру призведе до появи нових технологічних стартапів, зростання кількості патентів та наукових публікацій, підвищення конкурентоспроможності регіону на світовому ринку та поліпшення якості життя населення. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: This article presents the concept of a technical educational and scientific cluster as a contemporary approach to organizing the educational process and scientific research. Based on an analysis of international experience and domestic practices, an understanding is formed of how the establishment of a cluster in the Dnipropetrovsk region can contribute to: stimulating innovative activities, attracting investments, enhancing the quality of specialist training, and increasing their competitiveness in the labor market. Based on the conducted research, proposals are developed regarding the structure of the cluster, its management mechanisms, and measures to foster cooperation between education and business. The research findings can be valuable for developing regional strategies for the development of an innovative economy and improving the quality of education. The potential of the cluster as an effective tool for creating an educational ecosystem at the regional level, focused on developing aerospace, chemical, and transport technologies, among others, and training highly qualified specialists capable of competing in the global market, is substantiated. Using the example of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, the study examines how the combined efforts of higher education institutions, vocational education institutions, scientific institutions, and enterprises can stimulate the development of innovations, enhance the quality of specialist training, and contribute to the region's economic growth. The implementation of the project to establish a technical educational and scientific cluster based on the university is associated with a number of challenges, including insufficient funding for scientific research, the lack of a developed infrastructure for innovative activities, and a shortage of qualified personnel. To overcome these challenges, it is proposed to attract investments, cooperate with international organizations, and develop personnel training programs. It is expected that the creation of the cluster will lead to the emergence of new technology startups, an increase in the number of patents and scientific publications, an increase in the region's competitiveness in the global market, and an improvement in the quality of life of the population. | en |
