dc.description.abstractUKR: Об'єктом дослідження в магістерській дипломній роботі виступає процес випробування та діагностування гідропередачі, а метою – удосконалення технології випробування та діагностування. Для вирішення питання удосконалення технології випробування та діагностування гідропередачі ми розглянули конструкцію, призначення та принцип дії гідропередачі тепловозів cерії ТГМ4 та виконали розрахунки з експлуатації локомотивів та організації ремонтного виробництва. Для поліпшення ремонтних процесів та технології ми розробили пропозиції щодо технічного переоснащення дільниці з ремонту гідравлічних передач – впровадження гідравлічного преса та індуктивного нагрівача. Основні питання експлуатаційних пошкоджень гідропередач ми вирішили на підставі аналізу відмов тепловозів. На підставі розглянутого питання вказали напрацювання, яке відповідає необхідності діагностування гідропередачі. При удосконаленні технології діагностування та випробування УГП 750-120ПР ми навели будову та роботу складових частин відповідного стенду. Вказали технологічні аспекти перевірок при діагностуванні. Описали технологію визначення навантажувальної характеристики гідропередачі. Для недопущення випадків травмувань під час випробувань та діагностування гідропередач ми розробили інструкцію з охорони праці під час випробування УГП 750-1200ПР.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: The object of research in the master's thesis is the process of testing and diagnostics of hydroelectric power transmission, and the goal is to improve testing and diagnostics technology. To address the issue of improving the technology of testing and diagnostics of hydroelectric power transmission, we considered the design, purpose and principle of operation of the hydraulic transmission of TGM4 series diesel locomotives and performed calculations on of locomotives and the organization of repair production. To improve repair processes and technology, we have developed proposals for the technical re-equipment of the hydraulic gear repair section - introduction of a a hydraulic press and an inductive heater. We solved the main issues of operational damage to hydraulic transmissions based on the analysis of diesel locomotive failures. Based on the issue under consideration, we identified a best practice that meets the need to diagnose hydraulic transmissions. When improving the technology for diagnosing and testing UGP 750-120PR, we described the structure and operation of the components of the corresponding test bench. We have specified the technological aspects of diagnostic tests. We described the technology of for determining the load characteristic of a hydraulic transmission. To prevent injuries during testing and diagnostics of hydraulic transmissions, we have developed a labor protection manual for testing UGP 750-1200PR.en
