| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті досліджується процес діджиталізації в Україні, який передбачає перетворення інформації та бізнес-процесів у цифровий формат. Автори аналізують різні теоретичні та методологічні підходи до діджиталізації, представлені у вітчизняних наукових джерелах. Це дозволило запропонувати оригінальне визначення, яке фокусується на бізнес-процесах організацій. Також наводяться конкретні приклади впровадження цифрових технологій у бізнес-середовище. Основна увага приділяється оптимізації та автоматизації бізнес-процесів, підвищенню продуктивності та вдосконаленню комунікацій з клієнтами. Окрім цього, розглядаються чинники, що сприяють та перешкоджають діджиталізації в українських організаціях, зокрема доступність інтернету, підтримку держави, економічні та законодавчі виклики. Розглядаються переваги і недоліки діджиталізації, а також методи оцінки її ефективності. На основі проведеного аналізу зроблено висновок про необхідність глибоких змін в організаційній культурі та нових підходів до управління для успішної цифрової трансформації в Україні. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article explores the digitization process in Ukraine, which involves transforming information and business processes into digital formats. The authors thoroughly analyze various theoretical and methodological approaches to digitalization, as detailed in domestic and international scientific literature and provide specific examples of implementing digital technologies in the business environment. The primary focus is on optimizing and automating business processes, enhancing productivity, and improving client communications. Additionally, the article examines the factors that facilitate and hinder digitization in Ukrainian organizations, such as internet accessibility, state support, economic, and legislative challenges. The advantages and disadvantages of digitization are discussed, along with methods for evaluating its effectiveness. Based on the analysis, the authors conclude that successful digital transformation in Ukraine requires profound changes in organizational culture and new management approaches. The article highlights the importance of digitalization in modernizing business operations, improving efficiency, and maintaining competitiveness in a rapidly changing economic environment. The discussion extends to specific methodologies for assessing digitization, including the Digital Transformation Index (DTI), Digital Maturity Model (DMM), and Digital Readiness Index, among others. The article further explores the impact of state-led initiatives and strategic frameworks, such as the "Diia" project and the national "Plan for Recovery," which are designed to accelerate the integration of Ukraine into the European Union’s digital market and support the nation's post-war recovery and economic growth. By examining the state of digitalization across different Ukrainian regions and identifying leaders in digital transformation, the article provides a comprehensive overview of the current landscape and future potential of digitalization in Ukraine. The insights offered are crucial for understanding the strategic direction required for Ukraine's ongoing digital evolution and its implications for business and governance. | en |
