Abstract
UKR: У статті проведено всебічний аналіз сучасних методів управління проєктами, що поєднують класичні підходи з новітніми методологіями, зокрема Agile та концепцією «New Work». Детально розглянуто основні аспекти – від планування, координації й управління ризиками до формування ефективних проєктних команд, що мають забезпечувати інноваційний розвиток організацій. Запропоновано конкретні рекомендації для поетапного впровадження гнучких методів, розбудови самоорганізації команд та формування прозорої системи звітності. Результати дослідження свідчать про необхідність удосконалення процесів управління, що сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності та інноваційного потенціалу організацій в умовах мінливого ринкового середовища.
ENG: The article is devoted to modern approaches in project management in the context of global changes, increased competition, and rapid digital transformation. The author examines how effective project management enables organisations - from startups to large corporations - to respond swiftly to external shifts, coordinate numerous processes, and achieve complex objectives within set deadlines and budgets. The work explores the integration of traditional methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, IPMA) with contemporary approaches, including agile, hybrid methods, and the concept of «New Work», which focuses on the human factor, team self-organisation, transparent communication, and the development of innovative competencies. The author emphasises the importance of a systematic approach to planning, monitoring, and risk management, as well as the necessity of forming high-performance project teams where key success factors include meticulous selection of specialists, their psychological compatibility, and their capacity for self-organisation. The study underlines that modern management methods facilitate rapid responses to changes, knowledge sharing, and the stimulation of an organisation’s innovative potential in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. The article also considers the importance of implementing digital tools for online communication and managing virtual teams, a topic that has become particularly relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, the work provides a comprehensive review of current trends and approaches in project management that support the transformation of traditional management models in favour of innovative, agile solutions. Moreover, it offers practical recommendations to assist organisations in successfully integrating these innovative methodologies into their project management practices.
