Abstract
UKR: У статті висвітлені поняття системи ефективного використання персоналу на промисловому підприємстві, ефективність управління персоналом та ефективність використання персоналу. Проаналізовані поняття ефект та ефективність роботи персоналу та передумови створення ефективної системи використання персоналу на підприємстві. Обгрунтовано необхідність об’єктивної оцінки індивідуально-психологичні якості працівників і рівень психологічної підготовленості працівників, що дозволить створювати позитивний соціально-психологічний клімат в колективі кожного підрозділу коллективу, внаслідок чого підвищити ефективність роботи підприємства, висвітлено ознаки такої оцінки. Розлянуто поняття інтуїціі, як однією з основних складових динаміки позитивного рівня ефективності виконання поставлених завдань з урахуванням їх значущості для успішного функціонування підприємства, а також з урахуванням коефіцієнта стажності менеджерів. Кількісне виражено ступінь використання інтуїції, як одну з основних складових динаміки позитивного рівня ефективності виконання певних завдань.
ENG: The article highlights the concepts of the system of efficient use of personnel at an industrial enterprise, efficiency of personnel management and efficiency of personnel use. The concepts of effect and efficiency of personnel work and prerequisites for creating an effective system of personnel use at an enterprise are analysed. The paper substantiates the need for an objective assessment of the individual psychological qualities of employees and the level of psychological preparedness of employees, which will create a positive social and psychological climate in the team of each unit of the team, resulting in increased efficiency of the enterprise, and highlights the signs of such an assessment. The publication considers the concept of intuition as one of the main components of the dynamics of the positive level of efficiency of performance of tasks, taking into account their importance for the successful functioning of enterprise, as well as the coefficient of managers' seniority. The degree of use of intuition as one of the main components of the dynamics of the positive level of efficiency of performing certain tasks is quantified. A prerequisite for the formation of competitive advantages at industrial enterprises, growth in performance, production and sales volumes, strengthening of positions in the global market and satisfaction of consumer needs is the increase in the efficient use and management of enterprise personnel. Therefore, for any enterprise, the problem of rational use of personnel is of particular importance, which should guarantee stable development and improvement of performance indicators. Also, industrial enterprises need to implement the latest approaches to managing the efficiency of personnel use, the experience of competitors and developed countries. The personnel of an enterprise should be considered as a set of employees who have certain life plans and social status, which depend on the levels of social and cultural development, individual psychological qualities, education and professionalism. This system is a factor of effective enterprise management.
